The staff, Especially Craig & Ryan the door men/porters. I've stopped at the hotel a few times over the last year and they remember your name and are very helpful and polite and are a credit to your hotel. Also the bar staff are also very friendly and polite as well as remembering us. Also reception staff were great too. Would you please thank them as they deserve credit.

Very nice, upscale hotel. Clean and beautiful. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, cinemas, and the Valencia Town Center mall. The staff was great, polite, and helpful. The room was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the Valencia Golf Course. I will definitely stay here again.

Very very clean. Well appointed room. Loved the downstairs options but I needed body lotion and they had none aside from the heavily perfumed option. They did waive our parking as the listing said it was included and that wasn’t the case. Thanks for a great stay!

Really good location near the Valencia Town Center. One of the few walkable parts of Santa Clarita. Parking was easy and affordable ($17/night) and the hotel bar had a courteous staff. Room was a good size and met our expectations.
