The staff, Especially Craig & Ryan the door men/porters. I've stopped at the hotel a few times over the last year and they remember your name and are very helpful and polite and are a credit to your hotel. Also the bar staff are also very friendly and polite as well as remembering us. Also reception staff were great too. Would you please thank them as they deserve credit.

The bed was SO comfortable! I am usually miserable in hotel beds and was dreading a 3 night stay. However, I was pleasantly surprised and made a mental note to remember this specific hotel for that reason! Our room had a large terrace overlooking the pool, but because of the heatwave, we spent our time inside the room with AC blasting. Room service/restaurant were limited, but there was a 24 hour market near the front desk with snacks and essentials. Location was convenient, and walking distance to a large shopping center and restaurants. Hotel was quiet and clean.

A modern and comfortable hotel. Great size rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The pool area was large with plenty of facilities (plus, no need to walk through reception to get to/from the pool, which is always welcome!). There's a great shopping mall with plenty of restaurants a few minutes walk away. Located in a beautiful part of California, close to freeways (but not too close), malls, restaurants and Six Flags. We'd happily stay here again.

We had a GREAT time. We had food and drinks. We do this twice a year with friends and will continue because the staff and services are great. I 'd like to give special recognition to Jeremy who checked us in. He is very personable. Has a very upbeat disposition and fantastic smile. He was very helpful as well. THANK YOU, JEREMY,!

The property was very clean. Location was fantastic for Six Flags Parks. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time we do Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Check in was good. Breakfast was excellent and Antonia (wait staff) was friendly and remembered us . We remembered her from our stay last year and she is delightful and very good at her job. Room was quiet and clean.

Hotel, is in an excellent location, rooms are great size and bed is comfy. Breakfast was good, but be early as service is a little slow and avoid the added salt Buffet breakfast was good but was only available at the weekend when we stayed there Pool and outside space was good
